ABOUT

Woodcrest is an award-winning, student-run literary and art publication. The publication is a Cabrini University tradition serving as a digital hub for celebrating voices, opinions, and artistic expression. We are dedicated to creating discourse through poetry, fiction and non-fiction writing, as well as visual art.

In the past few years, Woodcrest has welcomed submissions from all over the world. This includes creative non-fiction, short fiction, poetry, art, photography, and special pieces for The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. The digital archives of Woodcrest magazine date back to 2010, and the moniker previously belonged to Cabrini’s yearbook. It served as an artistic haven on campus, particularly for students in the Writing program, who were encouraged to submit their work.

Our editors have carefully reviewed submissions, curating and collecting pieces to create a well-rounded annual publication. This year, our class has worked diligently to honor the legacy of Cabrini’s Writing program and past student work. We have crafted an alumni collection that celebrates and encapsulates Woodcrest Magazine as a whole.
